I deposited a check for {$5100.00} on XX/XX/2022 inside Chase bank located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, IN XXXX. I was told by the Chase Teller my deposit would be available XX/XX/2022. My deposit is still not available. I contacted the Chase Bank customer service number at XXXX on XX/XX/2022 and I was told my deposit was not available and they are holding my deposit incase the company ( XXXX XXXX XXXX which is a local organization dedicated to assisting people in financial hardship situations and providing education programs ) would take the deposit back. Chase has caused my account to go into the negative. Chase is currently causing me late fees and charging me overdraft fees. Chase needs to be investigated for this extremely discriminatory action against my account and ordered to pay all of my associated late fees and cancel the overdraft fees they are charging me. Chase is further causing me financial hardship and placing me deeper into debt. Chase is causing my credit score to decline further as well. My lights can be cut off, my car could be repossessed, I can not pay my bills and I am now accumulating more late fees due to this unfounded deposit hold Chase has placed on my checking account. I was also told on XX/XX/2022 by a Chase Teller located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX In XXXX ; I could not close my account with the hold they have placed on my deposit.
