When opening my Chase Premier account the Bank Manager indicated the exclusive benefits on the account would remain in perpetuity, Fee cashier check, free money orders, free safety deposit etc. He indicated the account would " grandfather in '' and would not change with new account promotion. After XXXX years chase will start charge me XXXX a month for the service. I would like to have chase abide my the committment to grandfather my account and it should not change or be switch and I should keep the same service with no additional fee and should not have to maintain a monthly balance of XXXX to avoid a monthly fee.
