Sezzle is a company that has an app that lets you make charges and pay them back in four payments. Each one is spread out by two weeks. You can post pone them as well for a few. Sezzle has been great for a year or so. Suddenly they show up on my credit report as if they gave me a one time loan of {$2000.00} and I have been making XXXX XXXX monthly payments to them for it. This is not accurate at all and is not how they operate. No other pay in four company ( XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, etc ) shows up like this either. There is not a set amount they gave me at once and no one time monthly payments I make back to them. For example if you buy something for {$20.00}, you pay {$5.00} up front and pay them back {$5.00} in three payments over six weeks, theres no set in stone lump sum as they have reported to the credit bureau. I had multiple payments set up but not for this amount. My issue is on top of this, out of nowhere they reported I missed one of these imaginary payments that dont exist and ruined my credit. I immediately repaid everything I owed them and closed my account. This was over two months ago now. I reached out to Sezzle and got an email apologizing and saying it can take three weeks to update on my credit report and it would be ok. Now like another slap to the face they have reported a second late repayment for these nonexistent amounts, after I paid them back, and cant sign in to prove it Im stuck now and really need help, since apparently they can continuously do this to me each month and I cant defend myself. I have attached some receipts to show examples of how they are paid back, as you can see there is no once a month {$200.00} payment I owe to them as reported on my report by them. Its cut into sections with no set in stone date. Thank you
