Opened a savings account through my online citi account. At that time I had 2 credit cards. A bonus was offered to open a savings account and earn XXXX dollars based upon deposit. I put in XXXX dollars and kept for the 60 days and waited another 90 for bonus to be deposited. When my account was 180 days old, I had yet to receive my bonus. I was told I didnt open the right acct, then no code. The offer given to me was online. I used their offer link. I took screenshots that included the entire offer, so they are available, to prove I received the offer and fulfilled it. Now Citi needs to do their part.
