Hello, American Education Services incorrectly reported XXXX of my student loans as defaulted upon, during the pandemic student loan forbearance period. No payments were due during this period, so there was no default assignment warranted. They were then reassigned to a collection agency, XXXX, who advised me of the issue and they've been stuck there since XX/XX/XXXX. I've been told that they are in the process of being assigned to good status, for the last 10 months, but nothing has happened. In addition, this default status is on my credit report, impacting my credit score. I will not be able to qualify for the temporary PSLF waiver until this is rectified, and that due date of XX/XX/XXXX, is rapidly approaching. Appreciate your assistance. XXXX XXXX
