On XX/XX/XXXX State Collection Agency sent me a letter attempting to collect a debt from XX/XX/XXXX for XXXX XXXX XXXX ( clinic ) for 2 amounts, {$26.00} and {$140.00}. Both of these had been paid by insurance and I personally paid the deductibles. I responded with a letter for " debt validation '' and disputed the debts on XX/XX/XXXX. Never received a response as of XX/XX/XXXX but received a credit alert that State Collection Agency had already listed these two " debts '' as collections on my XXXX and XXXX credit reports on XX/XX/XXXX. ( well before the Fair Debt Collections Act 's 30 day period to allow for the debtor 's time period to challenge the alleged debt.
