Consumer Narrative
I paid my debt IN FULL to Chase bank yet they are still charging me. They locked me out of my own account and I was unable to sign in. They decided to charge me even though it was their fault they locked me out of my own account. I could not access my online account because their own faulty security system did not trust my location/ They closed my account yet still fine me after I repaid everything. In my supporting documents you will see they closed my account and the only charge is from the applying more fees to me after I paid them everything.
