A payment was collected for two months of service for the insurance of my appliances. Sears mastercard is claiming that they never received the payment. I showed them proof as they requested and now they are saying that is not enough. It shows the payment was taken out of my checking account twice, and I also spoke to representatives that told me that there was no problem with the account. Sears stated that for XXXX 2022 and XXXX 2022 the insurance hadn't been paid so on XXXX XXXX, XXXX I paid {$49.00} twice which shows in my statement from my checking account. I started receiving the statement that I was past due for those two months. I ended up owing XXXX 2022, and they wouldn't allow me to make the single payment because they were adding the past due amount, they claim I owe with the penalty amount. I sent proof twice of all my receipts and the first time they disregarded everything I mailed. The second letter stated they need proof where it shows the charge was showing in a matter of a bank statement. I sent that to them twice, and there still saying is not sufficient. There are nonstop phone calls to me from Sears and when I call into customer service, they don't want to hear anything.
