Chase ran my hard credit two days in a row XX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX. They made a mistake and should have only ran it once. Also they never processed the application because it was flagged as possible identity theft. The resolution letter went out with no path forward to fix except run credit a third time. They shouldnt run credit three times to try and get a credit card
