So I have recently tried to open a checking 's account with Axos Bank and have already called their customer service to have my application cancelled which of course means I have already been denied an account with them as I wanted to do my banking somewhere else. However, I would like Axos Bank to remove me from XXXX so that it doesn't show up on my report and their customer service didn't know what I meant when I tried asking them to have me removed from XXXX.
