Subject : Fraudulent Transaction Complaint for JP Morgan Chase XXXX XXXX XXXX Account. ] To whom it may concern, I, XXXX XXXX I am filing a bank fraud complaint for JP Morgan Chase Bank XXXX XXXX XXXX Account. Dispute amount : {$29000.00} Between XXXX, Unauthorized account access of my chase safe deposit box account located in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX NY XXXX XXXX I have {$29000.00} cash in it. On XX/XX/2020 I found out the cash are all gone and filed dispute to Chase bank with denial for no reasons. Safety box need key to access. We never lost our safety deposit keys. The safety deposit box doesnt have any sign of damage. It appears to be Chase stuff stolen the fund. I beg to inform you that this transaction was not carried out by me in any form.
