Upon lease expiration, I received funds deposited to purchase the vehicle in full. The bank froze my bank account and put my vehicle out for repossession despite being current on payments. I was approved for financing to purchase the vehicle through 2 different entities and the bank refused to provide payoff details to these entities in order to finalize the purchase. These actions came following my report of suspected fraud to the Securities Exchange Commission and other agencies. I believe the bank 's actions to be retaliatory in nature, given the inclusion of details surrounding a pump and dump scheme with my previous employer ( now XXXX XXXX ), which is also one of the bank 's largest clients.
