There have been transactions on my account which I have disputed. These charges many have been from other states, I am XXXX and have not traveled. I have replaced cards due to security issues and have not seen these charges until recent. Chase is doing nothing to correct this as a longtime consumer. They would rather state the charges are over the time, as an older woman who is not tech savvy it is easy to miss charges, just as when I replaced my card account representatives never noticed them either. Chase has even said its possible the charges did not post until later. Also, Chase has advised there has been a claim recently ( XX/XX/XXXX ) put in for charges which I never created. There are security issues Chase fails to take accountability in any way.
