Bank of America approved the XXXX XXXX claims I made. I was then hacked again within a half hour of it being deposited back into my bank account but this time they took the whole amount of {$4200.00} at one time on XXXX, the reference number given by Bank of America was # XXXX and the case number is XXXX. The phone number XXXX. The last four of the bank account # XXXX. My account was locked so I couldn't get into my account but someone else was able to go into the account and make the transfer on the back end. I have spoken with B of A claims and they said they have been working on this issue since XX/XX/2022 and I think that is deplorable. I have asked them to tell me who and where the {$4200.00} was transferred so I could file a police report and they have been very vague and not at all forthcoming
