On XX/XX/2020 I got email stating temporary block to validate my transactions. Ive called emailed multiple times as per they requested via my email. Ive provided everything requested of me and so have my room mates yet card .com wont give me or any of us our money and so I called my depositor she gave me all my trace numbers to every deposit card.com has accepted and deposited yo my account was told review would take 24-48 hours as you see well over 24-48 hours they been holding peoples funds and refuse to send refund checks as weve requested as per thier terms an conditions yet they refuse when there is proof Ive provided that every time XXXX call my identity is verified yet 2 years later they still have peoples money and will not give it back. Ive lost my job my home my car my life because they refuse to give people thier money even after Ive provided trace numbers witch are verifiable and IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH MY BENEFITS SHE WOULDNT OF GIVEN ME THE DEPOSIT TRACE # XXXX SO WHAT GIVES THEM THE RIGHT TO KEEP MY MONEY? ALSO THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME ONCE REVIEW OF TRACE NUMBERS I FAXED AND HAVE PROVIDED PROOF OF DOCUMENTS. I CALLED THEM TO SEE IF THEY RECIEVED THE FAX MAN SAID YES THEY RECIEVED IT AND THAT DEPOSITOR NEEDS TO RECALL THE FUNDS. I TOLD HIM DEPOSITOR SAID SHE CANT RECALL THE DEPOSITS 2 YEARS LATER. SHE SAID THEY ACCEPTED AND POSTED DEPOSIT TO MY ACCOUNT SO THEY HAVE TO GIVE ME MY MONEY. ALSO WHEN I CALL CARD.COM THEY TELL ME THERE IS A TEMPORARY BLOCK NEED VERIFY TRANSACTIONS ON MY CARD YET ONLINE IT SAYS MY CARD IS CLOSED AND THERES A XXXX BALANCE NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHERE MY MONEY IS AND ITS NOT WITH THE STATE EITHER. THIS COMPANY IS NO BETTER THAN XXXX XXXX XXXX CARD.COM SHOULD FACE A {$220.00} XXXX PENALTY JUST LIKE XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX CURRENTLY IS FOR DOING THE EXACT SAMETHING CARD.com DID TO THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE. Ive lost everything because of this company and they could care less. Your prepaid company its not your money. Remove block. Now give me my money. They also sent me an email XX/XX/XXXX stating they reopened my account yet that was a lie its still blocked and my money is gone.
