My Mortgage was sold and I received a notice XX/XX/2022 that I should be making payments to Select Portfolio Servicing. I sent them the payment for XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX since XXXX they have been harrasing me for past due payment. I sent them numerous correspondence showing payments but they are insisting that I did not make XXXX payment. I contacted the previous mortgage comany and was told that the loan was sold and I am only responsible for making XXXX payment as my first payment. I also had made XXXXXXXX XXXX payment to the previous company. I have been sent late statements since XXXX and continouly receive late fees posted on my account. To date, I have paid XXXX since the loan was transfered
