I receive a biweekly XXXX transfer from the father of my children every two weeks in the amount of {$1000.00}. On XXXX XXXX various changes were made to my First Midwest checking account by Old National Bank as part of their acquisition of First Midwest ( outlined in a separate complaint ). During this transition of my account the XXXX payment was lost, and all attempts to recover the funds have so far failed. XXXX, the originating bank, confirmed that the payment was successfully completed to my account. However despite this evidence, no one at Old National is either willing or able to locate the money, which has left my account overdrawn for the past two weeks and has forced me to beg and borrow money just to make ends meet. I have tried calling XXXX myself, but they refer me back to Old National and Old National has been unwilling to talk to XXXX on my behalf.
