Macys did not follow my address forwarding request with the post office. Every other creditor did. Thus, I never received the Macys XX/XX/2022 bill. Macys marked my credit report 30 days late for XX/XX/2022. Because I never received the {$29.00} Macys bill, I did not know I owed any money. However, I received my other 75 monthly bills for my XXXX small businesses and all my personal bills at the new address. It was no problem for all my other creditors to send a bill to my new address. Macys never sent me a bill. Macys never called me. After learning of this credit mark at my abruptly stopped XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX closing, I paid the small due amount and closed the Macys card forever. I still havent been able to close on my mortgage because of this. Next, I Contacted the President of Macys, XXXX XXXX who responded to me, but did not correct the problem. He asked his assistant to contact me, XXXX XXXX, but she never returned any of my 10 communications of combined emails and voicemails. Additionally, she just decided left the 30 day late on my credit report.
