Wakefield and Associates previously returned these accounts to their client after not verifying the debt and sending the alleged debts to credit reporting agencies. Now, Wakefield and Associates is attempting to recollect on these same debts, as well as other alleged debts that have been disputed with their client. The following are the dates, times, and employees ( when applicable ) I've spoken with over the course of the past XXXX years trying to resolve these alleged debts : XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I have been told repeated by both XXXX billing and their local office administrator that this is being investigated and they'll get back to me. Each time, no further communication is had unless I call to inquire about the status. I am asking that Wakefield & Associates either verify this debt and provide the supporting documentation that was requested in a demand letter sent to them, dated XX/XX/XXXX, or they drop and return these charges indefinitely. Their continued attempt to collect on debts that were previously unverified and returned is harassment.
