I have over {$200000.00} in a Citi bank XXXX bank. It has been in the same account and cleared for over XXXX months. I have now tried to transfer that amount to my XXXX XXXX XXXX account. After hours long phone conversations ( and " chats ) with Citi employees the account transfer was approved. and i have been sent a " sucessful '' confirmation email. All levels of account information have been given and approved. In each case, the following day, I have been sent an email by Citi saying my transfer was " Cancelled ''. No reason given. All account information ( routing, account # ) was checked and was found to be accurate. Today ( the third day ) I spoke to a representative at the given phone number who could not give me a reason why this had happened. I asked to speak to another representative ( nicely! ) and was put on hold ( a recording ) for XXXX minutes and then hung up on automatically. The " Confirmation of Transfer '' reference number is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. My money has been held XXXX now for over a week with absolutely no recourse and no branches for over XXXX miles and I am XXXX XXXX XXXX. Can you help me free my funds? thank you " ''
