We purchased a vehicle and financed thru Santander Finance. After going through hardship we lost the vehicle. XXXX of this year I reached out to Santander because it was showing an open balance on our account. I told them if they would do a pay and delete I would pay a settlement price. They agreed to do it. This was under both my name and my husbands name XXXX XXXX. I paid the settlement amount but the account is still showing on my XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX as well as on my husbands bureaus. We feel lied to and when we call Santander they just blow us off and say the account shows paid XXXX balance but it isnt supposed to be on the bureaus at all
