On XX/XX/2021 I requested a payoff for my mortgage, with Carrington Mortgage, due to refinancing. I received a payoff quote for {$70000.00}, good through XX/XX/XXXX. Payoff for the quoted amount was sent to mortgage company on XX/XX/2021, however was not applied to the loan until XX/XX/XXXX. This has left me with a derogatory mark on my credit report, showing that I was 30 days past due. I have previously sent in a credit dispute with Carrington and the have not updated the payment status. I have attached the payoff quote as well as payment history for the loan.
