Consumer Narrative

I applied for the Public Student Loan Forgiveness program and was denied. I have been in XXXX XXXX for about XXXX XXXX which consists of XXXXXXXX XXXX at the XXXX XXXX and about XXXX XXXX for the XXXX XXXX. There was no explanation for denial and I qualify for this program. I was told to consolidate my loans in order to qualify which I did and still got denied. Every time I call in a different rep tells me something different. Everyone is on a different page with no clarity. Can someone look into my account and see what's going on. I will be contacting congress as well for some assistance on my issue.
