XX/XX/XXXX thru XX/XX/2022 ; I spent time applying for a personal line of credit. I applied by email. The representative never applied my information towards the proper process. It appears that he never applied for the personal line of credit. I was never given disclosures, nor did I sign any documents in reference to applying. I was not given anything official. I do not know what they were really doing with my information. I was asked to provide information on my start up company although I was not applying for a business line. The bank ran my business credit ; However, I still do not know what they were doing. I contacted the bank several times and spoke to different people XXXX of whom asked me questions that were completely irrelevant to the personal line of credit. She was just gathering irrelevant information I questioned the representative on why she needed that information. I was disregarded. XXXX XXXX has decided to disregarded me entirely. They refuse to provide me with a denial letter or reason for anything or any actual documentation for anything.
