I opened an account with Citi bank located on XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX. My employer issued me a check {$550.00} on XX/XX/2022 and I deposited the check on XX/XX/2022. They froze my account stating that it was a fraudulent check. My corporate office reached out to them to clear any discrepancies, yet Citi bank closed my account and have declined to return my {$550.00} stating that the funds were deposited elsewhere. I have personally gone to the branch and spoke to the Branch manager XXXX XXXX, who is beyond unprofessional as is her staff as well pertaining to my funds being lost. Her staff declined to give me Citi banks corporate office number so that I could try to resolve this issue. It has been 1 month and I still do not have my {$550.00}.
