I bank with Chase bank, and on XX/XX/2022 i went through the drive thru service to withdraw {$8000.00} from my savings account. The teller did not ask how i wanted my bills ( as accustomed ) and she proceeded to give me all types of change from {$100.00} 's to {$50.00} 's to {$20.00} 's. I counted the money while in line and proceeded on my way ( no transaction receipt was provided to me ). During the week i tried to deposit that money to another bank and the bank will not take 1- {$100.00} bill. On Wednesday XXXX, when I had a chance i called the bank where i received this money but i had no luck reaching anyone. It wasn't until Friday XX/XX/XXXX that i had the time to stop by the bank to try to handle this issue ( thinking they would take care of me ) but instead they did not take responsibility for this. Instead they told me why it took me so long to report this bill back to them and that the only thing they could do was to send the bill to the " federal reserve '' and have them re-issue the bill to me. I followed up with them today XX/XX/XXXX ( 2 weeks later ) and now they are saying the secret service in XXXX TX is looking in this. I am in awe as how this is being handled and never have i EVER dealt with issue like this in any other bank institute. This XXXX XXXX was given to me at Chase in XXXX XXXX TX and the way they handled the situation with me is not acceptable.
