I am definitely not ok with this decision as longtime customer and the way I was treated from the beginning was absolutely not kind. Also the fact I was told on Wednesday night my account would remain open if I could bring current. Your one representative treated me so unkind as I spoke to 5 total one being in executive branch. I was also told several different things from different reps and believe that reopening my account should be honored. I plan to continue to take steps and definitely voice how I was treated. You do not treat longtime customers. I guess because I am not a wealthy XXXX vase doesnt value its customers. I am a mom struggling as is after Covid getting back on feet and live paycheck to paycheck so I guess doesnt meet your standards. I deposited something believeing the person who gave me so instead of punishing them you make my life harder. All of my XXXX accounts which money has tried to pull my sons XXXX and everything else in our lives is tied to this account and I just believe in common decency and this is not. I understand you have the right to close and what I read. I also XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX so I definitely know how it works and maybe you need to train your customer service on all ends to be kind and if they something honor it. I definitely made above and beyond every effort since Wednesday when speaking to representative on phone yo bring my account current to remain open as promised. You rejected my deposits Friday XXXX so then I was advised by an incredibly helpful branch manager to hold off and the XXXX. I made to deposits yesterday and one today XXXX. All rejected so this is absurd. I am not trying to be difficult or unkind myself but after how I was treated I definitely plan in filing a more formal complaint. I do not agree and would appreciate your reopening my account. I am doing this alone and its not easy. How about lifting your customers up and having my back and not pushing me down or making things harder especially for customers 10 plus years. I dont deposit bad checks and never would. I trusted the person who gave it to me and now my life is turned upside down and I am punished. All they got hit with was probably a fee. I am sorry honestly if this is how you choose to treat customers I should want to bank with you but after working for you I also know your better than this and hoping you do bette. Thank you XXXX
