I opened a Citi checking account XX/XX/2022 and deposited {$13000.00} on XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/2022. On XX/XX/2022 Citi blocked access to my account and they are not letting me withdraw any money, nor make any more deposits. Citi told me my account would be closed in XXXX days and funds would then be mailed to me, but this is unacceptable. In the account agreement documents that were given to me when I opened the account, under Funds Availability, the longest hold time mentioned for deposits is XXXX business days, and it has now been XXXX business days. Additionally, the account was opened under a bonus offer that said I would receive {$400.00} after deposting {$15000.00} ( or {$200.00} if depositing {$5000.00} to {$14000.00} ) within XXXX days and maintaining the balance for 60 days after that. Citi 's actions have made it impossible to meet those requirements.
