I am, XXXX XXXX is the co-owner of this account # XXXX along with her my grandson, XXXX XXXX XXXX. This is a XXXX XXXX account that was created for him to learn about personal finance. He is in an out of town XXXX XXXX and he rarely accessed his account. In XXXX of this year we noticed significant and frequent withdrawals from his account in the total amount around {$1100.00}. None of this belongs to him. When we contacted Chase about the fraudulent activity on the account, they opened a claim and on XX/XX/2022 refunded all of the money stolen. However on XX/XX/2022 they deducted & XXXX that they had previously refunded. When we contacted their Customer Service about this deduction, they claimed we contacted them more then 60 days after the fraud activity.
