I am self employed. Always had money in my banking acct. My dad just had a XXXX and i was helping my mother financially. My balance was too low and was waiting for a client to pay me. By then my bills that that are on auto pay started withdrawaling from my acct and started to receive insufficient funds. I just deposited money to my acct to get back on track. When trying to use my debit card it was declined. Calling the bank told me that my acct has been closed. Trying to resolve this issue they said there is nothing i can do. I told them why did the ATM take my deposit if my acct is closed. Doesn't make any sense. I told them who can i talk to. They said no one. That i have to wait XXXX XXXX days. I told them i have no money because i just deposited it in the ATM. This is very stressful now. Just because of some over draft fees. When they see that my acct always had funds and still has funds. I need help with this matter..
