Hello XX/XX/XXXX We recently had our roof replaced on our manufactured home. The cost was higher than we anticipated because the plywood and a few boards also needed replacing.We thought maintaining our home was a high priority, but apparently NOT to the bank that has held our loan for over 20 years CHASE Mortgage. We have diligently made our mortgage payments monthly with only about {$55000.00} left owing. Thinking we had enough equity to get a cash out refinance to pay the roofing company off XXXX continue our mortgage loan without over extending our financial monthly obligations, NO ... .. CHASE wasted our time and money, leading us on for months only to inform us that they were NOT offering these services to manufactured home owners. I was upfront and told them from the start ( XX/XX/XXXX. ) that it was a manufactured home on an acre of beautiful property still they proceeded with the loan process a very stressful process on my part.If CHASE doesn't want to help manufactured home owners then WHY do they even bother to take on or purchase these loans that's what they did to XXXX. Now we have to decide how to afford my husbands XXXX XXXX XXXX medications. He is an XXXX XXXX and on XXXX since being diagnosed with XXXX in XXXX of XXXX. Life is hard enough for him without having to worry about the roof leaking on him BUT apparently NOT to CHASE or should I say the XXXX XXXX XXXX 's of [ It's a Wonderful Life ] which is what they've become. XXXX.
