XXXX & XXXX purchased a debt from Synchrony Bank in XXXX. The alleged debt was opened in XXXX and the last payment was made in XXXX. The debt was charged off by the company. I had no knowledge of alleged debt at the time and did not pay attention to credit reporting, if it was there. I went to court and advised plaintiff that the debt was not mine. Judge ordered fraud packet, which I completed, however they are claiming the debt to be mine and they are pursuing further actions. This is not my debt, and I would have never charged this amount at this specific store, and I still have an account with the store. They are not producing any proof, other than a statement with a different address than mine.
