Our House was in Bankruptcy with the rest of our items. Untill the XXXX throught it Out Rush More mortage loan company claims that we missed payments from XX/XX/21 to the presnt Date and they just sent back XXXX Payment. So we presented our bank statements of those Dates they claim we missed to our Bankruptcy Lawyer and she Presented them to the XXXX and Rush More Lawyers on the court date.Come to find out they didn't Receive our first Modification forms so the XXXX suggested that we file for another modification so we did that and XXXX it to Rush More so a few days later we contacted Rush More to see if they received our paper work for Modification the answer was yes they can't proceed. Untill we pay the Payments they claim we missedso we contacted our Bankruptcy lawer. So she say that she can't help Us in this Matter. Order for us to save our Home for last XXXX plus years from Foreclosure we must come up with those Payments That Rush More claims we missed. we need to come up XXXX Dollars by the XX/XX/XXXX XXXX
