I am filing a second complaint because I believe this is absurd and I have been treated so rude. On XXXX XX/XX/XXXX after speaking to a chase representative on phone I was told to deposit funds while I was also waiting on my XXXX to hit my account XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. I was assured o could make a deposit to bring my account current after a check was given to me that I deposited and unbeknownst to keep it was not a good account or I never would have deposited. I deposited XXXX cash Thursday at local branch and then was waiting for XXXX to hit that I thought was going to be XXXX but ended up being XXXX. On Friday when I called it showed both cash deposit and my XXXX had been rejected due to trying to close my account. After I was told if I brought account positive my account would remain open. I then spent over XXXX min Friday at local branch. My plan was to deposit more money. The manager XXXX was so kind he said no notes had been noted and he agreed my cash deposit and XXXX should have posted towards balance. I wanted yo deposit more money to bring account current but he advised me not to till we found why my other funds had been rejected and of course being a XXXX weekend nothing would happen till XXXX XXXX. Of course I tried to go make a deposit after work and to be sure all was good with account but by the time I got out of work and to bank they were closed o thought XXXX not XXXX. Anyway my point is I feel I have been treated incredibly rude during this situation with exception of local branch manager. I do not feel this is my fault at all and have been a customer for XXXX XXXX years even a XXXX XXXX. We never would treat anyone like this. I would appreciate honoring what I was told and my account ending in XXXX remain open. I have XXXX accounts and pretty much everything else tied to this account and treated very unkind during something that was not even my error. You are supposed to protect your customers not treat them like this.
