I have been at Citibank For over Several Years and During Pandemic Crisis in 2019 I had Submit to a financial Institution to Prove My addrees and was rejected Because they blocked my account online. I went to their branch in XXXX XXXX at XXXX and inform the teller that my intention is to close the account and Draw My {$600.00} Balance. The teller requested to call XXXX and I was on the phone for over XXXX hours with the Fraud prevention dept they denied me to close the account and withdraw the {$600.00} and refused even to mail me a check to the address on record which I do receive my monthly statement. Account # XXXX. I had even offered to transfer it to my saving account with them because that account is not blocked unless they will block it later.
