I have been attempting to file a claim with my Chase Sapphire Card in order to be refunded for travel disruptions. I have attempted to use their website but it doesn't work. I have contacted agents and requested a physical form. I was promised one would be sent to me. After 2 months no form has arrived. Every time I call I'm put on hold for long periods of time. Chase is trying to make me give up on filing a claim.
