Last XX/XX/2021, I was on vacation. I purchased a ticket for connecting flights and it was on sale. First, I looked at the schedule and price before I purchased it. But after I paid for it the schedule wasnt the same before I purchased it. So I called the company and they said that the ticket was non- refundable. That day, they said that there was a glitch in their computers. I was disappointed. I called my credit card company and explained what happened. The person on the phone said its ok to dispute the charge later. So I disputed the charge and it took a long time to go through. At first it was approved and then later needing more information. So I did, i have been calling and to find out what is going on with the dispute. It finally disapproved. I was really disappointed. Anyway, I called them and negotiated but I was refused, they wanted me to pay all late charges and interest. I only would like to pay the ticket amount {$220.00}. So I said I wont even talk to these people and just waste my time. As of today they have been calling me..
