I'm writing to give an official complaint about the Chase XXXX XXXX Program. I had to cancel a flight and was told I would get a credit. I called to rebook a flight and discovered that the difference between my original flight cost and the new flight was to be forfeited. That seems unfair, unethical, and probably illegal.
