I was recently notified by mail that there was a new sale date set for XX/XX/2022, not giving me enough time to try to do anything about it. I am working with XXXX to stop the foreclosure and complete a loss mitigation application. Every time I have received an application in the mail from Rushmore, I have completed it and sent it with requested documents and never hear anything back. XXXX sent a package to Rushmore on XX/XX/2022 with no response. I gave Rushmore written and verbal permission to speak with my XXXX representative. I am willing to restart my mortgage payments with the exception they allow me to pay the Home Owners insurance an taxes separately, thus lowering my monthly mortgage payment. I started a new job at the beginning of XXXX and I'm doing well there. I have not received any more loss mitigation applications from Rushmore after giving permission to speak with the XXXX representatives. There's no communication what-so-ever. It would be mutually financially conducive for Rushmore and myself if they would consider lowering my monthly payment and allow me to pay the taxes and insurance separate. I do not think it's too much to ask. I would have happily downloaded the application from their website but they have blocked me from logging in, therefore I also can not access any previous documents regarding my account. Please advise as soon as possible, as this is EXTREMELY time sensitive at this point. Thank you.
