I received loan from LOANME. XXXX in amount of {$2100.00} in XX/XX/XXXX. Made first biweekly payment of {$160.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. For last 7 months up until XX/XX/XXXX I've been making these bi weekly payments of {$160.00}, totaling over {$2500.00}? Which is way over principle amount of loan. When I go on website to access my account about pay history and payoff, I can not access my account? Customer service gives me the run around! Then they give me a pay off amount well over the actual principle amount of the actual {$2100.00} loan itself? After paying them over {$2500.00} for the last 7 months, my pay off way over {$2500.00}? How? And why is pay off more than the actual loan? Where did my payments go if they weren't applied to principle of the loan to help with pay off? I was told if I paid off loan early, then there would not be any pre pay penalties? I'm confused as to how I owe more than amount borrowed after 7 months of on time payments? This lender is a predatory loan lender and charging interest rates that aren't legal in the states that you reside in, in receiving these loans. Paying over XXXX times the amount of money borrowed
