A fraud dispute with Synchrony Credit. The company agreed to refund original disputed charges. When checking the math, 3 of the disputed charges were not refunded. Attached is a screenshot of the Synchrony statement showing all refunded amounts. XXXX charges for {$360.00} and XXXX for {$410.00} ( {$1100.00} total ) were not refunded. Since my original balance was < {$800.00} before the fraudulent transactions in XXXX, and I have made around {$1200.00} in payments since then, my current balance should be a negative number. Note : Synchrony did not respond to my first letter to them in XXXX of this year. They did respond in XXXX XXXX CFPB.
