Portfolio Recovery continues to report inaccurate information on my credit bureau report with XXXX and XXXX regarding a debt I do not owe. I requested " validation '' of this debt pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act, with competent evidence bearing my signature showing that I have or ever had some contractual obligation to pay them ( Portfolio Recovery ). Portfolio Recovery never provided any information bearing my signature of any debt I owe to them. Portfolio Recovery continues to report false and inaccurate information on my credit bureau reports for a debt I don't owe.
