Hello My Name is XXXX XXXX and I own a Chase Sapphire XXXX XXXX Card. I received a correspondence from Chase Bank on XXXX XXXX and was requested to submit the following 2 documents by XXXX XXXX to avoid closure of the account. I went to the local branch immediately and filled out Social Security Form ( XXXX ) and XXXX. The chase branch faxed all the necessary documentation to XXXX. A week later I called the chase credit services numbers and I was informed they have not received my documentation and was asked to go back to the branch and re-fax the information using secure line which I did. I called the Chase customer service 3 days later and I was informed my documentation was still not received and everyone was quiet puzzled as to what to do next. I have been faxing this documentation to the same fax number almost every week and here is the latest evidence. I called the chase customer services today and I was told that since my documentation was not received ON TIME they have decided to close my account and it cant be re-opened. I would say this behavior is unacceptable by the bank and I feel that the customer was cheated due to no fault of my own. I didnt default on my payment nor do I have any red flags on my account but unilaterally the bank decided to handle matters on their own without due process. I believe this is a scam and maybe other customers are going through the same thing but decided to stay out of the process. Please help me in restoring my Sapphire XXXX Card account immediately.
