GUARANTEED XXXX XXXX ASSUMEND OR BOUGHT MY MORTGAGE ON XX/XX/2022, AFTER I CLOSED ESCROW ON XX/XX/XXXX. I APPLIED IN ESCROW TO MAKE BI-MONTHLY PAYMENTS, IT WAS NEVER SET UP SO. AFTER I MAILED IN MY FIRST MONTHLY PAYEMENT I CALLED THEM & REQUESTED BI-MONTHLY PAYMENTS. THE NEXT MONTH I MAILED IN THE PAYMENT AGAIN & IN XXXX ANOTHER PAYMENT. I CALLED THEM AND ASKED THEM WHY WASENT I PUT ON BI=MONTHLY PAYMENTS? THERE ANSWER WAS IT CAN TAKE UP TO 2 MONTHS. COME XX/XX/XXXX, I RECEIVE A DELINQUIT NOTICE AND ALSO A LETTER FROM XXXX XXXX, XXXX, TX STATING THEY WILL BE MY NEW MORTGAGE COMPANY XXXX ON BEHALF OF XXXX XXXX, XXXX EFFECTIVE XX/XX/2022 XXXX I CALLED GUARANTEED XX/XX/XXXX, & TALKED TO A XXXX XXXX XXXX IN CUSTOMER RELATIONS & ASKED HIM WHY THEY NEVER TOOK OUT THE BI=WEELY PAYMENYS & ALSO WHY AM I BEING CHARGED A DELINQUINT LATE FEE OF {$17.00}? HE STATED BC THEY NEVER RECEIVED THE PAPERWORK FOR THE BI-WEEKLY WIITHDRAWLS BUT HE WILL RECIND THE LATE FEE. TODAY SINCE I OWE THEM FOR XXXX I SENT THEM IN MY PAYMENT OF {$690.00} THEN SINCE THEY SOLD MY MORTGAGE I ALSO MAILED A CHECK OF {$690.00} TO XXXX & REQUESTED THEM TO MAIL ME THE PAPERWORK TO BE PUT ON AUTOMATIC BI-WEEKLY WITHDRAWLS. SINCE XXXX TOLD ME AS OF XX/XX/2022 MY MORTGAGE # XXXX WILL BE IN EFFECT I OWED GUANTEED FOR XXXX SO I JUST SENT THEM THAT CHECK & SINCE I WILL OWE XXXX FOR XXXX I ALSO SENT THEM 1 CHECK FOR {$690.00}. I WAS NEVER TOLD OR RECEIVED ANY MAIL OR PAYMENT COUPONS OR BOOKS, OR NOTIFIVATIONS FROM GUARANTEED UNTIL NEAR THE END OF THE MONTH STATING I WAS DELINQUINT & TO MAKE A PAYMENT NOW. GUARANTEED RATE LETTER WAS MARKED XX/XX/2022 & I RECIEVED IT ON XX/XX/2022 BUT WHEN I MAILED IN A PAYMENT IT WAS WITHDRAWN 3 DAYS AFTER MAILING.
