I was under the impression my credit card company was still helping me resolve an issue with one of their merchants. I have a letter from them dated XX/XX/2022 stating they are researching the issue. When I called to follow up, a supervisor told me that case is closed and there is nothing they can do. It seems they went with the original response from the vendor that stated I did not cancel in 72 hours and then discontinued investigating after I sent them numerous proof that the information the merchant sent was a total lie and fraudulent. I even went to small claims court where I was awarded the Judgement. The merchant will not communicate with me. My credit card company has had the only successful contact with them. I am trying to work with my credit card company to resolve this. I sent numerous proof that the merchant is a fraud and should not be able to scam people the way they did to me. I would like them to open up the case and attempt to contact the merchant who owes the credit card company or me a refund based on the courts judgement.
