Consumer Narrative
XX/XX/2022 received a XXXX Debit Card from XXXX. I did not open an account with them. I did not solicit their services. I attempted to call the company : ( XXXX ) XXXX and got the automated call run around with no option to talk to a real person. They referred me to their customer service email. When I attempted to call the other numbers for that company I was asked by recorded message to input account number which I did not do because I did not open an account and do not want to trigger activation.
