JPMorgan Chase Bank , N.A . has failed to take responsability after giving another person access to my bank accounts, locked me out of my online account, changing address, alerts and personal information and requesting a debit card to another address to empty both my accounts. It has been a month since I first tried to report it ( XX/XX/2022 ) and they gave an answer on XX/XX/2022, they insist on saying I made those changes and transactions even after I sent them both XXXX and american police file reports, a Federal Trade Comission report and a Consumer Financial Protection Bureau complaint where I declare that I was a victim of theft and did not request those changes. The ammounts are {$10000.00} USD on a checking account and {$31000.00} USD on my savings account.
