For weeks I have repeatedly attempted to contact Macy 's Customer Services via online chats, emails, fax, phone calls and registered letters in order to prove that I paid them the due amount ON TIME. Provided them copies of documents which show that the full amount was paid, debited electronically from my XXXX XXXX XXXX checking account on XX/XX/22. To no avail. As of today no action/response/acknowledgement from Macy's/CitiXXXX XXXX XXXX Bank came XXXX All I have been receiving are online alerts and Statements with penalties. This is affecting my credit rating as well.
