Chase has wrongfully bought insurance and billed me for it. I have several copies of emails to you showing the documents they need as proof of insurance for my condo under the master policy which I have repeatedly sent them. Please refer to all my emails sent to XXXX as per their mailed letters. Their automated response keeps telling me I will hear back in 5 days. However this never happens. Tired of chasing this matter and paying unnecessary/duplicative insurance premiums. This is flat out negligence and abuse. Zero customer service as well.
