received a letter from chase that they are closing my business checking and saving account because of unexpected activity! they do not provide any information what are these " unexpected activities '' their decision is causing me big loss of money and time, I have many unused checked I paid for them! how is responsible for these loss? If they are closing my account I am entitled to know what did I do wrong exactly! is it dictatorship in this country that they just can say it is what it is, with out providing information? I am 100 % that I did not do any " unexpected activities '' and it is a big misunderstanding and if they provide more info there must be an explanation that will fix the issue.
